Thanks for your cool article and really worth to read. But I just have some feedbacks for you.

I had joined the team to re-design the banking app in Vietnam and this is really really suck for my team when the bank have many many rule from BA, rules, policies…etc. So I think this will be better if you can put some of them to your design.

I used to use personas as the main UX method in my product. But my client's conversion rate website is not improve so we decided to use another framework to build the product. It like when you have just 6 users to ask and improve 6 problems only and when you test in a million users and you can't improve all the million problems

I really love timo when using them I see the designer is trying to help user complete some action they want like tranfer, saving…etc really well. I think your app should too.
