Hi Ravi, thanks for a good question. About my product, it serves users from around the world almost in China and Brazil. But we are base in Vietnam, and this is really hard to have any interview. Besides that each product we just have 3 months to build and test the market. If we spend a lot of time interviewing it may lose our opportunities.

For your question. We also apply Job-to-be-done while doing the product. You can read from my another article or Google JTBD from Intercom. We will make some competitor research and see how can we make the current solution better. This is exactly what we bring to our product. Of course, It just applied at the first phase of a product. When we have user, we will make some surveys and interviews with our active user to get feedback and insight from them
